Attendance between Nation and Governance

If we lie, love a lie, distribute a lie, or even pride on a lie, then our governors, president, diplomats, and ministers will lie, turn out a liar, lie impudently and frankly, too. Why such attendance will be formed? What thing can avoid from it?o

Here is a tradition (Hadith) narrated from Shii Imam which, I think, explains it:

"If you leave ordering each other to goodness and avoiding each other from evils, therefore, the most bad human will govern you so that, you will ask the God to discharge him/ her but your praying will not be accepted".

As a result, 1) Decadence in a nation begins to decline their governors. 2) Leaving order each other to goodness and avoid each other from evils result in lair nation and governors. The Quran explicitly augments the reasoning in the above tradition: "Verily, Allah will not Change the good and the bestowed Condition of a people until they change What is in themselves] from good to Evil " (13; 11))
