از بس که آذری ها و ترک ها آمده اند. البته از جاهای دیگر هم هستند ولی واقعاً آذربایجان رضوی است. خوش به حال آذری ها. مجالس آنها خیلی با حاله. زبان ترکی بلد نیستم اما با دل حضور دارم و آنها نیز از سوز دل می خوانند و سوز آنها را می فهمم.

Part 2

Now, I analyze the Western uprisings

·         At a glance, the Western and Islamic uprisings are happening in democratic nations vs. dictator leaders or lifetime presidents, respectively

·         People in the Western countries oppose their governments which previeously authorized them. Now they are rejecting their eligibility. They are baring lawfulness and legitimacy from their governments because the power of government has concentrated in many groups (1%) and not distributed among people (99%)

·         The lawfulness and legitimacy of both Islamic and Western countries have come from human authorities not from divine authority. This is the similarity of both fields and we need analysis them beyond human world to foresee the future of the world

·         From divine origin, the government is lawful that acts over human authorities. More, divine authority is unique while human authorities are numerous

·         Non-divine governments are disappearing and instead, a divine government will appear. I propose that a divine will is presenting over human wills in the level of governance. I foresee this divine will in the level of people, too

·         Contextually, Islamic uprisings differ from Western uprisings in one view: Islam differs from Christianity, but they are similar; both are two divine religions and both anticipate a savior who will rescue the world. I conclude that the future of the world relates to this Savior

Islamic Awaking and 99% Revolutions: A sign of new Governance for the Future of the World

Part one When I looked at Islamic uprisings in the Middle East countries and 99% movements in Western countries - as an interdisciplinary researcher and a critical analyst -, I found a similar pattern in them:

·        The governments of such Islamic countries have attained –as they supposed- their lawfulness and legitimacy from the the Quran (Sura: al-Nisa, Verse 59).

·        This verse emphasizes that people should obey the God (Allah), then obey the prophet, and then obey those who have province

{Al-Nisa, 59: O ye who believe! Obey Allah, and obey the Messenger, and those charged with authority among you. If ye differ in anything among yourselves, refer it to Allah and His Messenger, if ye do believe in Allah and the Last Day: That is best, and most suitable for final determination}.

(النساء 59: یا أَیُّهَا الَّذینَ آمَنُوا أَطیعُوا اللَّهَ وَ أَطیعُوا الرَّسُولَ وَ أُولِی الْأَمْرِ مِنْکُمْ فَإِنْ تَنازَعْتُمْ فی‏ شَیْ‏ءٍ فَرُدُّوهُ إِلَى اللَّهِ وَ الرَّسُولِ إِنْ کُنْتُمْ تُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَ الْیَوْمِ الْآخِرِ ذلِکَ خَیْرٌ وَ أَحْسَنُ تَأْویلاً) 

·         Malik Fahd and Malik Abdellah in Soudi Arabia (as two lifetime governors), Mobarak in Egypt (as a lifetime president), Qadafi in Lybia (as a lifetime president), Abdellah Salih in Yemen, Bashar Asad in Syria (as a lifetime president), and so one have/had obtained allegiance from their people to become lawful for governance and authority. Even, the fallen government of Taliban in Afghanistan is another example of this authority because they claimed that they were the Caliphs of the prophet government! However, it did not continue. Of course, Iran is experiencing the governance of Vilayat-e-Faqih, a unique version of interpretation of this verse that is not similar to these exaples.

·        The traditions received from the prophet of Islam and their Ahlal-Bayt confirm that the authority and governance in this verse belongs to 12 divine innocent Imams of Shia while the Sunni belive that other non-divine and non-innocent leader are eligible for it.

·        All of these governance, auhorities, and lifetime presidencies have a common idea: no any one can or could not reject them after they became governor. This conclusion is an expression of divine governance in which no any human authority opposes it.

It seems that a divine-will is behind these events: the God (Allah) guids and manages them to a new position for the world in the future.

بیداری اسلامی و جنبشهای نود و نه درصدی نشانه ای از حکمرانی در آینده جهان می باشند. وقتی به عنوان پژوهشگری میان رشته ای و تحلیلگر نقّاد به قیامهای مردمی در کشورهای اسلامی و جنبشهای نود و نه درصدی در غرب می نگرم وضعیت مشابهی را می یابم:

• در کشورهای اسلامی، حاکمان و دولتمردان چنین کشورهایی حکومتهایی داشتند یا دارند که مشروعیت خود را با بیعت گرفتن از مردم و با استناد به آیه 59 سوره نساء می دانسته اند: ملک فهد و ملک عبدالله در عربستان، مبارک در مصر، قذافی در لیبی، عبدالله صالح در یمن، بشار اسد، و .....همگی پس از به حکومت رسیدن خود، از مردم برای ولایت کردن بیعت گرفته بودند. حتی حکومت سرنگون شده طالبان را نیز می توان در همین راستا در نظر گرفت زیرا طالبان فراتر از تمسک به این آیه اقدام کردند و حکومت خلیفه گری را مطرح کرد که دوام نیاورد.  (نساء 59: یا أَیُّهَا الَّذینَ آمَنُوا أَطیعُوا اللَّهَ وَ أَطیعُوا الرَّسُولَ وَ أُولِی الْأَمْرِ مِنْکُمْ فَإِنْ تَنازَعْتُمْ فی‏ شَیْ‏ءٍ فَرُدُّوهُ إِلَى اللَّهِ وَ الرَّسُولِ إِنْ کُنْتُمْ تُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَ الْیَوْمِ الْآخِرِ ذلِکَ خَیْرٌ وَ أَحْسَنُ تَأْویلاً)

• حتی جنبشهای نیویورک و سان فرانسیسکو و لندن و ... نیز اگر چه در همین راستا نمی باشند ولی به نوعی همان پیام را دارند: آنها می گویند 99% در مقابل 1% قرار گرفتند. به عبارتی دیگر، ظاهر دموکراتیک و مردمی چنین حکومتهایی مورد اعتراض همان مردم قرار گرفته زیرا نهاد قدرت در اختیار همه مردم نیست بلکه در اختیار عده ای خاص می باشد که این عده نمی خواهند و نمی گذارند که قدرت از میان آنها خارج شود.

دیکتاتورها، خلیفه ها، و اولوالامرهای غیر معصوم از مصادیق افرادی هستند که چنین حکومتهایی را دست داشته اند. شکسته شدن هیبت حکومتهای دیکتاتور، ریاست جمهوری مادام العمر، و حکومتهای مبتنی بر اولوالامر نیازمند تحلیلی فراحکومتی و فراملیتی و حتی فرازمانی است: «انحصار قدرت»  مورد اعتراض مردم قرار گرفته است؛ هم مسلمانان و هم غربی ها. نظریه ای که برای جهان حکومتی جهانی و فراگیر مطرح کند می تواند برنده چنین تحلیلی باشد.

البته وقوع این جنبشها و بیداری ها در کشورهای مسلمان و مسیحی می تواند این فرضیه را تقویت کند که آینده حکومتها در دنیا وابسته به دو دین مسیحیت و اسلام یا وابسته به افرادی مهم از این دو دین می باشد:

1.        مسیحیان و مسلمانان منتظرند که دو منجی (حضرت عیسی و حضرت مهدی) در اواخر عمر دنیا ظهور می کنند.

2.        این دو منجی حکومتهایی تشکیل می دهند که جهانی هستند.

3.        هر کدام از این منجی ها افرادی الهی و آسمانی می باشند.

4.        برای حکومت کردن و بلکه برای ظهور چنین شخصیتهای آسمانی و مقدس، باید هیبت شخصیتهای غیر الهی شکسته شود.

می توانم چنین  فرص کنم که بیداری اسلامی در کشورهای اسلامی و جنبشهای متعدد در غرب مقدمه ای است از مطالبات آینده مردم برای داشتن حکومتی جدید، حکومتی که ممکن است همان حکومت منجی آخرالزمان باشد، حکومتی برحق که پشتیبانش خداوند است و با حضور فردی الهی و منصوب شده از جانب خدا شکل خواهد گرفت.
